I was so happy to hear from all of you. Hope everyone is well. Right now I am fighting pneumonia (again!) but I have the upper hand on it. Each day is getting better and better.
Eddie - I really don't know if I ever met you. I am Iris's daughter and I really don't remember meeting anyone from the Margo, Rafael, or Eduardo's side of the family. Mili said that we met because I spilled something on her dress - I have already apologized many times for that. I didn't think I was that mean! Your first marriage, and your present one sound wonderful. Your first wife turned her "dis"ability into an "ability" and that is to be commended.
Have you lived in New York all of your life? Were you born there? As for me and my brother Frank - well, we were both born in New York (he in Brooklyn, me in Manhattan). By the way - for those who do not know - when Frank was born he was the biggest baby born at Brooklyn Hospital until that time. They even put up a plaque in the nursery with his vital information! The first time I saw him - if you can imagine this - I was looking in the nursery with my step-father and there was Frank - right in the middle and surrounding him were all the other babies. At that time he looked like he was 6 months old!

Mariita and Debbie - hello! Debbie - do you have a spatula yet? That's a joke folks - and she will understand! Honestly, I think the Webmaster should remain anonymous! That way he or she can be impartial!
Mariita, why don't you tell the "Garbage" story - I still think of that and I still tell it to many people - they always laugh! You could also tell some stories about your Mom and Dad which would be lovely. I have very loving memories of your mother as she is the one person who helped me when I was going through my teen dilemmas. I do have to say she sat my mother down and gave her the one-two about not telling me about the facts of life! My Mom was, needless to say, embarassed and so Titi Blanca took over. Thanks Titi Blanca.
I will say that this spring and summer I got to know Debbie and she is a delightful person. Funny, I would look at her and could close my eyes and see that cute little girl that was about 7 when I left New York? The things you think of when you're old!!!!!!! Anyway - welcome to everyone.................Ginger
