Yes, that is exactly the case - and I have pictures of the site. One "tia" in particular was contacted by the cemetery's administrator, and asked to advise as to what the family intended to do. This "tia" replied that the matter would be taken care of - and never bothered to pursue the matter. This correspondence took place years ago. Also: another "tia" in our family exhumed and cremated one of our grandparents without consulting the family in order to make room for one of their own. I can tell you from a personal standpoint: The sight of that opened grave was not pretty, and I am still in shock at the lack of respect and concern. The "tias" have much soul-searching to do.....
