I like Asopao de Pollo. It's suppose to be mushy. I can't get the arroz to look or feel like it's suppose to.
Thank you for your words of sympathy. We miss Anna very, very much. She was unlike most children; extremely mature for her age. Very giving, very supportive, caring, generous, loving, gentle, kind, meek, obedient and all the other things a child of God becomes when they are truly in love with the Lord.
We know where she is, however, and look forward to joining her. In the meantime we serve the Lord by showing other children the love Christ has for them.
